Questions owners ask.
Can you guarantee more jobs?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. No package guarantees rankings, leads, inquiries or jobs. We build a site that makes it easy to request a quote. Growth and Growth Plus add Google Business Profile and local search work, and the Growth Plus inquiry-tracking report shows the inquiries your site receives; it doesn’t create them. How many become booked jobs depends on your prices, reply speed and market.
Why email only? Can we get on a call?
We work by email and text so everything is in writing. You get a clear record of what was agreed, what changed and when. We don’t do phone or video calls.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name at your registrar, and the site is hosted on your own account (for example Cloudflare Pages or Netlify), with us added as a collaborator. You get every login no later than the final payment. If you leave, you keep everything.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. Monthly care ($49/month) is optional and month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
